The University Hospitals Kingston Foundation invites you to join this year’s fundraising cycling event on Wolfe Island in support of Kingston Health Sciences Centre and Providence Care on Sunday September 8! LifeCYCLE has route options of 24 km, 52 km or 102 km, all are suitable for road bikes with calm traffic and cheerful Islanders. Routes include check points complete with refreshments and plenty of support vehicles and volunteers to help you complete the ride. Join us at the finish line for an afternoon BBQ!
The funds raised from lifeCYCLE will go directly to help patients, and their families receive innovative and compassionate care that is close to home. Last year, gifts purchased new equipment and patient care items, funded nursing education in wound care, supported cutting edge research and laid the foundation for the next wave of new construction to transform health care. These exciting initiatives will enhance acute, ambulatory and long-term care in our region and will have the potential to touch every citizen in southeastern Ontario.
lifeCYCLE is more than a cycling event – it’s a fundraising event, not a race. It's about giving back to Kingston Health Sciences Centre and Providence Care.

Opening remarks and start time - 9:40 a.m.
BBQ lunch served upon your arrival back
All cyclists must be off the road by 2:30 p.m.
