This is the first of two Tuesday fall colours rides. The first week is a new route through the heart of North Frontenac Township. The following week is the classic Barbra's fall colours ride in the east of North Frontenac Township and in Lanark County.
Cycle rolling hills on very quiet roads. Wonderfully scenic and forested. Pass through Ompah and Ardoch. Lunch at kilometre 53 in Plevna, the town in the middle of nowhere. Grocery store and restaurant options. Route is hilly. Because of this, we will keep the speed down and regroup frequently.

for the Ride With GPS route details. If you want to shorten the route by 19 kilometres, you can drive up Highway 509 a bit and start at the junction of Highway 509 and Ardoch Rd.

tor driving directions to the start location. The start location is a small parking area on the east side of Highway 509 just north of the junction of Highway 7 and Highway 509.
