Want to get in some early morning exercise, and then get on with your day? Come join us for a short ride from the downtown on Thursday morning, followed by
coffee! at one of the downtown coffee houses.
There are several route options. The main group will ride the second option (22k). However, any folks wanting a slightly longer route can take the fourth option (30k). Feeling extra frisky? Throw in a few hill repeats up the Fort Henry hill.
