SCENIC SUNDAYS

On Sunday, the club rides emphasize a somewhat relaxed approach, with a distance for all four of our major pace groups. These longish rides in the Kingston countryside focus on building endurance, while enjoying the scenery (and leaving the real zippy speeds to other rides during the week). The A and B pace groups tend to ride in a single pace-line format with a target average pace towards the mid-range of their respective pace bands. Riders in the C and D pace groups generally form into smaller loose groups, with regrouping from time-to-time at breaks.
