About this event

0930 hrs departure. This week we depart from the Murton Hydro facility (3329 Murton Road) and ride N to Verona for a coffee and perhaps a swim. Total distance will be 34 km with the return leg being mostly down hill.     A leisurely weekly ride of 20 to 30km (group consensus) with a coffee/ice cream break in the middle. This ride is ideal for those new to cycling or those getting back in the saddle after a few years away. All rides will be on either on the K&P or Cataraqui Trail. We will never ride on the road. Pace will be 10 to 15 km/hour and each week we will depart from a different trail parking lot. Junior participants are warmly welcomed and encouraged to ride along. See you then!
