This week we will depart from the Harrowsmith K&P Parking Lot at
0900 hrs
and ride W to Camden East for coffee before returning. Distance will be 35 km. See you then! A leisurely weekly ride of 20 to 35km (group consensus) with a coffee/ice cream break in the middle. This ride is ideal for those new to cycling or those getting back in the saddle after a few years away. All rides will be on either on the K&P or Cataraqui Trail. We will never ride on the road. Pace will be 10 to 15 km/hour and each week we will depart from a different trail parking lot.
Junior participants
are warmly welcomed and encouraged to ride along. See you then!
